Welcome to Softcore Infotech Pvt. Ltd. By accessing, purchasing, or using our proprietary software frameworks (including GMIS-ERP, Textile Trading Software, Mobile Applications, and related cloud services), you agree to be bound by the terms outlined below.
Softcore Infotech grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the installed or cloud-hosted ERP software solely for your internal business operations. You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, resell, or redistribute the source code, modules, or database schemas without prior written consent.
Clients are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of administrative credentials, database access passwords, and license keys. Softcore Infotech shall not be held liable for any loss arising from unauthorized internal access or negligence in safeguarding credentials.
All software implementation fees, recurring AMC (Annual Maintenance Contracts), and SaaS subscriptions are invoiced according to the signed proposal. Invoices must be cleared within the agreed payment cycle. Delayed payments may result in temporary suspension of technical support and cloud services.
While we ensure 99.9% uptime and maximum precision in operational workflows, Softcore Infotech is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential business losses, third-party hardware failures, or internet disruptions affecting local client setups.
These terms are governed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes arising out of or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in New Delhi, India.
