This Master Agreement defines the standard operating guidelines, implementation parameters, and ongoing maintenance expectations between Softcore Infotech Pvt. Ltd. and its valuable clients.
Softcore delivers software modules per the verified Scope of Work (SOW). Any additional bespoke feature requests or third-party API integrations outside the initial agreement will be assessed and billed as separate change requests.
Clients agree to maintain the recommended hardware, server configuration, network bandwidth, and operating system updates necessary for smooth performance of on-premise and cloud ERP deployments.
Post-warranty technical support, standard version updates, and compliance patches are provided under active AMC agreements. Non-renewal may lead to restricted access to future software updates and dedicated ticket escalation.
Both parties agree to treat all business data, technical processes, cost sheets, and proprietary source materials exchanged during setup and support as strictly confidential.
